COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
As a non-essential retailer and at the request of the UK Government, we have temporarily closed all of our sites (including showrooms, manufacturing and warehouse/distribution facilities). Throughout this outbreak, we have maintained that the safety of our colleagues, our customers and the wider community is paramount and this decision reflects that.
We’ve closed all of our showrooms, but we remain open for business. Our products are available for viewing on our website and our expert staff are available to discuss your requirements over the telephone. Please call 0115 9306567 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a quote on any of our products or if you would like to place an order. We’ll be happy to hear from you.
If you’ve recently placed an order with us, we would like to reassure you that as soon as the lockdown restrictions are lifted, your order will be prioritised and delivered as soon as is possible. Delays will be inevitable, but our admin team are working remotely behind the scenes, speaking with suppliers to gather information to try and keep delays to a minimum and we will communicate any updates with you as soon as we’re up and running again.
In order to safeguard our employees and our customers, we have temporarily suspended all two man deliveries. Whilst the guidance set out by the government still allows for deliveries to take place, the delivery of sofas and other large bulky items is often complex, time consuming and in most cases requires a two man team.
If we have notified you that your order is complete and ready for delivery, we will provide another update after the next UK Government review on 13th April.

Service / Repairs
Again, in order to safeguard all of our employees and customers, we have temporarily suspended all service visits and appointments. Our dedicated service team will be in touch once the present situation changes to rearrange your service appointment. If we have recently collected your goods for alterations or service work, please be assured that as soon as we are up and running again, we will look to complete any work to our usual high standards and return your furniture to you without further delay.
In summary, these are difficult, unprecedented times for all of us and we face a situation which is changing daily. We are constantly monitoring and evaluating and we will continue to follow government guidelines.
